DADDY FIGHT CLUB

Life can be hectic, making it hard to find time to get the exercise your body needs. For parents, staying healthy can be even more difficult since we are always putting the needs of our children first. Even if you can find the time, getting started is the hardest part. That is the idea behind our new “Daddy Fight Club”, a special program designed to help fathers get a jump-start on getting healthy and losing unwanted pounds. FIGHT stands for ‘Fathers Interested in Getting Healthy Today’. During this 6-week program, dads will meet at various locations in Clarksville for a series of workouts taught by firefighters, police officers, military members, and fitness experts. Sessions will also include weekly weigh-ins, discussions on healthy eating, and more. Those who successfully finish the program will get a Daddy Fight Club t-shirt. The cost of the program is just $30.00, which works out to just $5.00 per session. So join us, and together we will fight for a healthy life.  Click the link below to download our program information sheet, which includes a schedule and instructor bios.
